As an award winning artist who has exhibited nationwide, my work is represented in many private and public collections. My artistic interests are diverse and I have experimented in many mediums, themes and styles. My training includes a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Maryland
Institute College of Art in 2004. For seven years I worked from the Spring Garden Street Art Building among 100 other artists. In 2007 I was awarded an art grant from the Geraldine Dodge Foundation to remodel my garage for a home studio. Many awards and grants have been awarded to my work . Among these awards was a 2003 Best in Show at the Limner Gallery in NYC, NY. Also in 2005, I was awarded an artist grant by the Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. In 2006, my work was featured in an article of the magazine "Women in the Arts" which is published by the National Museum of Women in the Arts of Washington , D.C. My work has been purchased by many private collectors as well as being in the public collections of the Fairmount Behavioral Institute and Girard Medical Center, both in Philadelphia,
